Extremely westernized restaurant. Excellent for those who prefer cooked dishes. Professional staff and clear menu. Discount for children under 1.20m in height
Every time I go there I always find tasty dishes. Top!!!
A never again, slow and disorganized then they don't even make receipts
Cozy and quiet place, very varied and good sushi; a bit of slowness in the service but all in all better because at least you have time to enjoy everything calmly and not fill the whole table. I recommend you to go there also for the excellent prices.
Very pleasant and finely furnished. Excellent dishes served quite quickly between orders. Remarkable quality / price ratio and very kind staff. One of the best in Florence ... 5 stars you deserve to try.
Great choice for Japanese eating. High quality food. Courtesy and professionalism are the winning card in this restaurant. I went there because they took me. And I would gladly return. Excellent cleaning. Right and delicious portions for the palate. Approved
Normal sushi, but they bring you everything very quickly and get anxious ... the staff cold to the limit of rudeness. There is no funding and they have a bit of trouble making receipts ...
Very good. The only restaurant where sushi is truly a pleasure.
Perhaps the best sushi wok in Florence. Quick service. Local a little "fusion". It can also be reached comfortably by tram
Sushi qualitatively good, disappointed by the fried hosomaki with cheese on top which seemed a bit "disassembled" and was very hot so presumably it was served some time after preparation. I give two stars because you can't wait an hour between courses.
All you can eat respectable, I dined in the recessed tables and they are very comfortable. The uramaki, the tartare, the sashimi a little too often are excellent. Larger orders are served in boats. Surely for the 24.90 € dinner in value for money is high. Friendly staff
I give a star because I can't give zero, The staff are only good at getting plates off the tables because basically the plates NEVER ARRIVE. Today the place was almost empty and each order (limited to 5 dishes at a time) arrived every 30 minutes timed. We were 6 people and it was not possible to eat even one dish together. The coarsely prepared sushi, waiters who improvised themselves as cooks INCOMMENTABLE.
Terrible, orders that arrived once a year, the organization doesn't even know where it is at home. To eat you have to take vacation. It is not possible to eat together. Fortunately the food is decent. I absolutely don't think I'll be back.
A star is to give points, Orders did not arrive, 40 minutes between a P plate and the other. Food is decent. Complete disorganization. I was a regular customer, since they changed management and formula (each person 5 orders) I tried again and reconfirmed, NEVER AND NEVER AGAIN.
Good wines, very good sushi, very characteristic place, polite and efficient staff. Top service, medium-high price but worth it for a good sushi like theirs.
I have hardly found such a quality of food. The staff very courteous and efficient. Right portions. In conclusion. A really great place to eat.
I had already tried this restaurant, not being fully satisfied with it, about a year ago. I decided to try again given the reopening of the post-lockdown venue. The quality of the food has clearly improved, the Uramaki are really good, the special salmon among the best of all. The only negative note, besides the lack of sashimi for lunch, was the wait between the various courses. Although the place was semi-empty, we waited almost an hour for everything to be served (we are talking about 10 pieces in total, 5 each, as they use to avoid waste). The delays were probably due to the reopening after months. However, it is worth trying.
The ambience of this place is pretty nice and calming. We had to wait a little longer than people after us to get our food and we only had two rolls as opposed to their extremely large order, kind of annoying. Employees were generally nice. Kind of pricey if you consider the size of some of the rolls.
OK place, with decent quality of food. Long waiting time
Slow staff, slow chef. We were the first ones there and they took more than 10 minutes to give us the bill. The food was average and the bill was more than it needed to be.
The restaurant is very easy to reach with the new tramway, the rooms are neat, clean and furnished in a contemporary style. The menu offers a wide variety of oriental-Japanese foods, from classic sushi to tempura. I was here with a Taiwanese friend, so I had a reliable term of comparison. The fish is of superior quality to the average, the raw ones were well prepared and eaten without sauces they have not left in the mouth unpleasant aftertaste. The tempura was well crunchy but at times a little greasy. Something still to be improved, but certainly the quality / price ratio is very good.
Of all the people I visited, I liked most of all for the environment but the rest was really bad. The best dishes are exclusively for dinner so we do not recommend eating for lunch because it is really limited and honestly the sushi is the worst I've tasted so far and the staff is very messy, we kept bringing things that we didn't even order and more if you didn't finish you also risk paying more. It would be more convenient to order from the client than from the staff.
€ 15.00 all-you-can-eat menu with a 75ml bottle of € 2.50 for lunch. The menu (always for lunch) is limited, so I recommend going for dinner. The quality of the food is however felt me sorry and the rice was overcooked, but otherwise the place is very quiet, welcoming and quick to serve.
It was good I must say but they were very slow. I mean I ordered just one dish Rainbow on All You Can Eat menu and i got my order like 20 mins after. I got it later than the ones who just got there. I wish they would make the first one to order first.
This used to be my favourite sushi spot in Florence but they've changed something lately (maybe the chef?). Be careful if you have any allergies or sensitivities because they use the same knives for everything. In fact, I had a reaction last night... Service is typically quick and the place is clean. Just don't get the Edamame!
At the beggining shortly after it opened it was d nice place to go , it has a nice enterior close to where i live and the food was also good . The last couple of times we've been there and it is worse and worse everytime. The staff has no idea, total confusion, smsll portions, so small that a plate of grilled fish is a size of a peanut😁 hopefully they get better
Food is above average but the rudeness is unbearable.
Food was average. Very busy place.
Worst experience ever in florence! I very rarely write reviews but feel strongly enough to share my appalling experience of this restaurant. Yes the restaurant is presented very well and has a nice feel, however the service was very slow and inconsistent. We thought we would try the all you can eat... the portion sizes were incredibly small and the food was mediocre at best.... it turned out to be a complete rip off and when it came to paying the bill. We were charged extra for dessert which had not been explained when choosing the “all you can eat”! The front of house manger was so incredible rude when we tried to argue with him... The worst speak I’ve never ever heard was from him, he pointed the customers just stood behind us and said they are not Italian but they pay the money! In all my years of dinning out I have never experienced such rudeness.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.........
I came to Firenze with my girlfriend for vacation. We wanted to eat sushi for a change (we already ate a lot of pizza, pasta and ice cream!). We chose this one on take away cause it is near our hotel. I ordered 1 dragon roll and 1 salmon, avocado and sesame chirashi. None had Wasabi nor ginger in it (first time EVER I had not this in sushi style japanese food). No chopsticks, 1 plastic fork (for 2 menu items...). On the positive side it was served promptly and food in itself was ok (but not great).
Nice and not expensive sushi place.
Most of the stuff was really good, but stay away from the soups
Good sushi, not so good teppanyaki but okay. Service was not good. 3 stars because of the sushi.
Not bad at all..
Great place for sushi. Good quality!
